Nice Clean Hotel With Very Good Breakfast
We stayed here for just one night. The hotel is very clean and has a nice large lobby with several computers for use. They also had big free cookies in the afternoon and a good size sundries area. The room was a good size, had a GIANT tv and had plenty of plugs and a couple USB ports which was nice. Also had a fridge and microwave which I appreciated. Breakfast buffet was huge with real food and a good variety, not just toast and fruit like some other hotels. Even had a breakfast burrito mix that was really good! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the bathroom needs some touchup and a deep clean. The grout needs replaced in spots, the trim needs painting, and there are a few mold/mildew spots above the shower and by the fan. This was room 304.
Located West Of Missoula
The Best Western is located about 5 miles west of downtown Missoula, just off I-90. Its modern design is definitely more up-scale than the traditional Best Western motel. While odd number rooms face the Interstate, there was no noticeable traffic noise. The hotel, including the rooms was in excellent condition and clean. Room size was average. Notable was the quality and large number of choices at breakfast, which was included in the room rate. The offerings were among the best which I have encountered at any of the major mid-range chains.
Doesn’t Get Better Than This
We always stay at this property when in Missoula and have referred many others to it. It is clean, comfortable, and the employees treat us like family. We have never had a bad experience at the Grant Creek Inn.

Consistently The Best Accommodation And By Far The Best Value And Price
I travel a lot on business. My experience with BW started in Kalispell at the Flathead Lake BW and there service and accommodations was ‘Head and Shoulders” above all the other hotels that I was staying at with in my region. I was staying at other hotels that were almost double the price and receiving half the value and service for that extra cost. Because of their service in Kalispell I began extending my business relationship with your hotel chain and I have not regretted it at all. Now I stay almost excursively at BW Hotels. Thank you and your staff for taking care of me while I am on the road. You have a loyal customer in me and I thank you for the service you and your teams provide.
Excellent Service And Room
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Always with smiles and offering to help. Experience was great from check in, to housekeeping, to maintenance folks who offered to help me with luggage. Room was splendid, clean. Motel was filled with kids for a special local event and I could not hear a thing when in the room. Plus, dog friendly!!! Breakfast was a full breakfast buffet with quiche, waffles, eggs, etc. Will definitely stay there again!

Don’t Pass On This Location
Excellent location for travelers, close to shopping and dining and minutes from downtown Missoula. This property is well managed, quite and newly decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff made our stay exceptional. Suggest that travelers take in the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation on the walking trail just minutes from the property.
A Quick Stop In Missoula
Excellent Property…No regrets! The rooms were clean and comfortable…good selection for breakfast. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the steam room….these were all very clean. The check in staff were awesome and were quick, yet informative. A very satisfying stay, when you wake up refreshed in the morning, after a 12 hrs drive.

Was A Good Room Reasonable Price But The A/c Was A Joke
Stayed in room 440 , turned down the A/C when we got to the room as it was pretty warm in the room – Went and did a little shopping and had dinner , and it was even hotter , fan running which is nice for me , but no matter what you set the A/C at , it did nothing! Finally opened the window , and around 2 o’clock it got cool enough to sleep – had the box on the wall set to 55 degrees , but I bet it was 85 in the room! Evidently a mock control .. I was grouchy all day from this!

Guest Expectations Always Exceeded
Stayed at this motel many times over the last years. Keep coming back with no intention of looking or staying elsewhere. Rooms and service always beyond excellent. I have always felt the owner really knew beforehand my expectations.

One Of The Best Best Western Hotels
I have never stayed at a Beet Western Hotel I enjoyed more then this one. In the future any time I go through Denver, Colorado I will stay at this hotel if they have vacancies. When I or my wife and I travel if at all possible I stay at Best Western Hotels. I rate them tops.

Great Road Trip Motel
We stopped for one night on a road trip with our 110 pound Newfoundland dog. The room was convenient to an exit to take her outside. Many “pet friendly” hotels don’t allow large dogs and we were happy to find this one. We even changed our route because of a lack of decent hotels willing to take large dogs. Breakfast was good and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room of adequate size. If we travel through the area with Molly again we will stay here again.

Wonderful Stay At The Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn
We checked in with the nicest staff and warm cookies we’re waiting. The whole place was clean including the elevators! We loved our room and the morning breakfast had the best variety! It was hard to choose! We brought our small dog and it was very convenient to take him out all the grounds are accommodating and there were pet trash cans in several places. We look forward to staying here again in the future. So convenient to the town of Missoula. My son was there for a chess tournament and these were the nicest conference rooms yet!
Convenient Comfortable Clean And Roomy
Our room was clean and roomy. The frig had a freezer compartment, which we appreciated. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast room was plenty big. It was one of the best breakfasts of our long trip. It was good to see fresh fruit in addition to the hot breakfast items. The breakfast staff was super attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient to the Interstate and other services. We will definitely stay here again on any stop in Missoula.

Driving From Kansas To Washington For Work
This hotel was one of the nicest that I have stayed in. My job involves continuous travel so I am in hotels most of the year. The company makes choice since they pay for the rooms. This hotel had a very comfortable bed, and towels were very nice. TV and internet worked great. Room was clean and quiet with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices, at correct temperatures and plenty of seating, I will stay here again whenever I am in the area.
Spendy Hotel During Fire Season
It cost plenty, but it was nice to find a familiar place to stay during my visit to Missoula montana. I would go back, but was a lot concerned about the price. The parking in the hotel was big enough to park my big truck in and still get around.

Great Amenities And Breakfast
Overall great stay for the price. Good location and good selection for a hot breakfast and amenities. There was even a steam room and sauna. Beds were iffy but great, clean rooms. Enjoyable stay for all of us.

Special Touches Make This Place The Right Choice
I have been traveling despite the Covid pandemic so I have seen how hotels are operating during these times and found this hotel on the top of my list. The rooms had a new feeling and they were spotless. You could tell the next morning how the cleaning crew know what they are doing. They also spray each room after each stay. But to top it off, this hotel found a way to still make breakfast meaningful, safe and enjoyable through their process of providing a list of things to order in advance. The selection was great and the food good. As seen in other reviews, I requested a north facing room away from traffic noise and it was perfectly quiet so much so that I could keep the window open.

Extra Nice People When You Have Car Problems
We were heading towards home when car problems derailed our trip. After towing to Missoula and still waiting for determination of the exact problem, called Grant Creek Inn to stay overnight. I explained I didn’t know exactly when we’d arrive because the car was still being looked at. The car was fixed later that day and we checked into Grant Creek. Upon arrival, Kaitlin said she had upgraded our room to a nice corner suite since she had heard about the car problems and hoped our day would go better. We have stayed at Grant Creek Inn several times and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Nice people, good breakfast.
Best Hotel In Missoula
Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic hot tub and pool. Great breakfast. WiFi internet can get bogged down with too many guests on, however. Hotel is clean and modern, next to gas station, Starbucks, and a quick trip into town for groceries or dinner. Lots of parking. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Missoula.

Best Breakfast Out Of 5 Hotels
We stayed in this Best Western on.a recent cross country road trip and loved the property! Even though the hotel was pretty full, it was still very clean and inviting. The room was beautifully decorated with an upscale, modern cabin feel and upgraded finishes. There was extra seating, a very comfortable bed and plenty of parking. There was even room in the parking lot for our UHaul truck and three other UHaul trucks besides. When we stayed in early June, the hotel was doing an excellent, customized grab and go breakfast. You got a menu at check-in and were encouraged to order what you wanted from several options including breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cheese, snack foods, and lots of other choices. I even got a gluten-free muffin which was delicious! The next morning your bag was available for pickup in the lobby at your requested time. There is also a Starbucks next door if you want that instead. I was nervous to travel during the pandemic but this hotel made our experience very enjoyable. COVID 19 has made lots of extra work for the hospitality industry and we appreciate this Best Western’s extra efforts. And if you’re in the parking lot in the early morning, you might be lucky enough to see some local wildlife. We saw two different species of raptors circling overhead as they looked for breakfast.
Superior Best Western Property
The hotel was very clean and quite. It’s convenient to the I-90. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The welcome cookies were really good. The superior cleanliness and the outstanding breakfast buffet are what sets this property apart from other Best Westerns. The breakfast buffet had more options than usual with server types of fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt a number of breads, muffins and sweet rolls, breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, potatoes and ham as well as several different juices, coffees and hot chocolate. All was well prepared. And while it doesn’t matter much to me – they have real plates, mugs and silverware instead of the usual plastic. We will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Missoula.

Best Best Western Hotel In The Us
This was not my first stay at this location. It is THE BEST Best Western hotel that I have stayed in throughout the United States, hands down! The front desk staff is genuinely friendly and so helpful. My room was clean and updated. I even had a welcoming note from the housekeeper. The indoor pool, hot tub, and gym were very well maintained. Guy Smiley will make your free hot breakfast even more enjoyable. He will ensure your table is clean and sanitized before you sit down, greet you, keep your coffee refilled, and clear away the plates you have finished.
Pricey For What Ya Get In Return
Perhaps I had too high of expectations with paying over $200/night for a one night stay. There was hair in the bathtub. I was on the 1st floor by the exit, which was great but the person above me had very heavy feet which was very disruptive. I don’t know what the heck they were doing for as long as it went on, but I expected the flooring to be more soundproof. Also the front desk staff were not well trained or informed on simple things such as restaurants in the area , how to adjust the heating/cooling thermostat. However, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time in a hotel and the size of the room was larger than average.
